Hi! My name is Kerri Vaughn and I’m fitness instructor and stay at home mom. I fell in love with Insanity during my “post-baby-need-to-lose- the-weight” workouts. From telling my friends, family, and clients about Insanity, and the ease of doing it at home, I found I wanted to have a place to send people to read more on my experience with Insanity, as well as to find the Insanity Workout Schedule since I, like most, am always hunting for it, so an easy to remember website made the most sense for me.
