Insanity Deluxe Workout Schedule

The Insanity Deluxe Workout Schedule has the same exact first month as the Insanity Classic Schedule, but in the second month you will sub in some workouts like the Insane Abs and Interval Sports Training.

Insane Abs

Insane Abs is truly insane, it’s so insane that the first time I did the workout I felt every single muscle in my core for several days, and not in a good way. Long term it’s a great workout, but be prepared to be hurting afterwards.

Max Interval Sports Training

If you want to kick it up a notch and really go for it, the Deluxe schedule is where it’s at. While month 1 is the same as the original insanity schedule, month 2 will blow it out of the water with the additions of the Max Interval Sports training and Insane Abs.
